1 Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing or using Makinah.ai (“Makinah,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) you agree to these Terms.
Users must be 13 years or older (or the age of digital consent in their country).

2 Our Service

Makinah provides AI-powered tools that generate application designs, interface workflows, and supporting documentation. You are responsible for the inputs you supply and the outputs you choose to use or publish. You must not use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purpose.

3 Your Content & IP

• Ownership. You retain all rights to projects you generate, unless you intentionally share them publicly or collaboratively.
• Licence to us. You grant Makinah a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use anonymised project data to improve our models unless you opt out in your account settings.

4 Makinah IP & Restrictions

All platform software, models, interfaces, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Makinah. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abuse of system resources is prohibited.

5 Payments & PCI Compliance

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, a PCI-DSS-certified provider.
Makinah never stores full card numbers or CVC codes on its servers.

6 Modifications & Availability

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes.

7 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Courts of Dubai.
If you reside outside the UAE, you agree that disputes may, at our discretion, be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

8 Severability & Waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
